Gross weight of assembled watch 45.6 dwt (71.0 g). American multicolor gold hunting cases with white gold as their primary color are exceedingly rare, and this spectacular example unquestionably ranks among the most exceptional cases that we have had the pleasure of handling. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, setting mechanism slipping when turned in the clockwise direction, overhaul recommended for normalized setting function, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, fine scratch to perimeter of larger winding wheel, few micro-fine scratches elsewhere; dial with light hl at 8; excellent hour and seconds-hand, fine minute hand with oxide to tip and circular portion; case shows hardly any wear, no dents or dings, superb crisp engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows little wear and is seated somewhat high on pendant and is canted a bit out of level; good glass crystal.
